How will I be graded?
Each assignment sheet will lay out very specific procedures that you must follow throughout the project. When you finish the project you will be grading yourself on how well you followed the procedures, how you spent your work time in class, the amount of effort, craftsmanship and creativity you put into the project and how well you wrote your artist statement. I will then grade you on the same criteria. Your grade will then be the combination of your score and mine. I reserve the right to alter the score you gave yourself depending what I witness in class. It is important to always work hard in class and be honest while grading yourself.
Rubrics for grading your projects can be found here or on moodle.
